Volunteer Services

Volunteers are an important part of the health care team and assist with meeting the needs of our residents.  They provide friendship and companionship as well as assistance in a variety of areas such as games, musical programs, parties, one-to-one visits and serving refreshments.

Community churches conduct religious services at the care centers.  Schools and other community organizations provide entertainment, decorations and gifts.

Volunteers are socializers who help residents interact with others and provide a liaison between the community and the care centers.  We have volunteers with diverse talents, skills, ages and backgrounds who bring another dimension as well as a caring spirit to the lives of our residents.  We encourage family members and others to serve as volunteers.
