Quality

    Crossroads Care Center and South Shore Care Center provide a warm caring atmosphere in which we provide a wide range of services to 52 and 69 residents respectively.  We participate in an on-going quality assurance program required for state licensure, federal certification and for membership in the American Health Care Association and Care Providers of MN.
