    Crossroads Care Center and South Shore Care Center are owned and operated by Atchison Enterprises, Incorporated, a small family owned corporation. We are dedicated to the promotion of the health and well-being of our residents, personnel and our community.

    We believe that each person is a unique individual with physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs that are best met by an interdisciplinary team effort. We will provide services, programs and staff to meet the individual needs of our residents.

    We believe that each individual is entitled to human dignity, acceptance, love, growth, self-determination and optimal health.

    We believe that the growth and development of our staff will contribute to the well-being of our residents and provide opportunities for staff education as part of our continuous quality improvement program.
