Nursing Services

    Our friendly professional nursing staff provides quality services for individuals who are unable to live at home because they need around the clock care and/or supervision.  This care may include assistance with activities of daily living or more complex activities such as medication administration and specialized treatments.  We emphasize rehabilitation with the goal of the resident returning home whenever possible.  We contract with Prairie Rehabilitation (www.prairierehab.com/geriatrics.htm) for skilled Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.  We also provide restorative nursing services using center staff.

    Our nursing staff works with each resident, their family, the physician and other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop a personalized plan of care.  The interdisciplinary team consists for staff in multiple departments including Nursing, Dietary, Activities, Social Services and Therapy.  Quarterly Care Conferences are held to allow residents and families to participate in the plan of care.

    We provide on-going in-service education to maintain excellence in care-giving skills for our team of licensed parofessional nurses, certified nursing assistants and support staff.  Our nursing team is available 24 hours a day to provide the excellence in care you or your family member needs.
